Human Recipes
Here you will find my recipes that I use on a daily basis. Some of these are family recipes that I cook all the time and others have been given to me and I have modified many of them and have no idea what the original recipe was prior to my changing… some of the changes are small while others are major.
Coming from a Southern background with two totally different approaches to food, mothers side and father side, I have combined the two and created my own style of cooking.
I can take a recipe, make it and then modify it based on my likes and what I think will make it better. So when you are using my recipes you may want to make them your own because everyone has a bit of a different pallet.
One note here…. Because of recent changes in lifestyle that has had to be made you might see the omission of salt from some recipes…. that is because my husband has to have a low sodium diet and therefore I have started to change the recipes to omit salt. However, you can add salt to taste and everything will work out just fine.
