Burger Bun Chaffle

Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp Oat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp. Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your mini waffle maker
- Blend all ingredients together
- Spray the top and bottom of your mini waffle maker with butter flavored cooking spray or a cooking spray of your choice
- Pour approximately 2 tbsp. of the mix onto your mini waffle maker and spread to the edges
- Close the top on the mini waffle maker and once the chaffle starts to rise press down on the top to ensure an even cook.
- Once the steam stops flip your chaffle over and line back up with the bottom plate and close the top and let cook an additional couple of minutes to ensure even browning. You do not need to do this if you don’t mind one side of you chaffle being darker than the other.
- Repeat three more times
