Summer Peanut Butter Yogurt Treats
Ingredients
1 – 32 oz. container of Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Peanut Butter (Non-crunchy) {Make sure that your peanut butter does not contain Xylitol}
Directions
Put peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted. You don’t want it to bubble, you just want it to become really creamy so that you can pour it.
Put vanilla yogurt in a medium bowl and then stir in melted peanut butter.
Pour the mixture into the device of your choice for making individual servings. Once you have all of your containers filled place in freezer until frozen.
I use the small GLAD containers that are 4 oz. They are just the right size for our pack and they stack great in the freezer. You can use ice trays, dixie cups, etc.
When you are ready to serve take them out of the freezer about 5 min. prior to serving and they will pop right out of the container into the serving bowl.
