I put together a little chart that I keep in the front of my personal cookbook because it\u2019s a pain to remember exactly or go look them up all the time. I have also added in the Celsius equivalent for my friends outside the US. I hope you find this chart as helpful as I have.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cool Oven<\/strong> &#8211; 200F or 90C<br \/>\n<strong>Very Slow Oven<\/strong> Oven Conversions \u2013 250F or 120C<br \/>\n<strong>Slow Oven<\/strong> \u2013 300-325F or 150-160C<br \/>\n<strong>Moderately Slow Oven<\/strong> \u2013 325-350F or 160-180C<br \/>\n<strong>Moderate Oven<\/strong> \u2013 350-375F or 180-180C<br \/>\n<strong>Moderately Hot Oven<\/strong> \u2013 375-400F or 190-200C<br \/>\n<strong>Hot Oven<\/strong> \u2013 400-450F or 200-230C<br \/>\n<strong>Very Hot Oven<\/strong> \u2013 450-500F or 230-260C<br \/>\n<strong>Fast Oven<\/strong> \u2013 450-500F or 230-260C<\/p>\n<p>I have never been asked about gas marks but wanted to give you that as well because I have some recipes from the old country that I use and had to figure out the gas mark to Fahrenheit conversion.
